Connect your Polar account to GymLive to share detailed training data, recovery metrics, and performance analytics with your coach.Polar integration requires signing in with your Polar Flow account to authorize data sharing.

Setup Instructions

Set Up Polar Flow
Ensure your Polar device syncs to Polar Flow:
- Download Polar Flow app if not installed
- Pair your Polar device via Bluetooth
- Create or sign into your Polar Flow account
- Sync your device to see recent activities
Polar devices must sync to Polar Flow before data can reach GymLive.

Connect Polar to GymLive
In the GymLive app:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Select Polar
- Tap Sign in with Polar
- You’ll be redirected to Polar Flow login

Authorize Access
On Polar’s authorization page:
- Enter your Polar Flow credentials
- Review the data access permissions
- Click Accept to grant GymLive access
- You’ll return to GymLive automatically

Verify Data Flow
After connection:
- GymLive shows “Connected” for Polar
- Recent activities begin syncing
- Historical data (30 days) syncs gradually
- New activities sync automatically after each session

From Polar watches:- Go to Settings > General settings
- Select HR broadcasting
- Turn ON
- In GymLive, connect to Polar device
- Real-time HR appears during workouts
From H10/H9 Chest Straps
- Wet the electrode areas
- Wear the strap snugly
- It broadcasts automatically when worn
- Connect via GymLive’s live HR feature
Polar H10 can broadcast to multiple devices simultaneously using Bluetooth and ANT+.
